Thanks!
Totally! (les Anglais en vacances!)
Thank you Sherry!
i adore that whale’s tale. it is just beautiful. i love the composition of this photo and the cheery sunshine.
As AJT might say “classy or what”
An amazing touch! #mysundayphoto
It’s a gorgeous place for a leisurely stroll and unknown to them this couple were being papped by me while out for their stroll!
It was a lovely day 🙂
Thank you Darren
The light on the Côte d’Azur is lovely, I’m glad you like this shot.
It’s such a lovely bench isn’t it?
Isn’t it a great sculpture? It’s also a bench so a usual piece of art. The couple intrigued me, I was really trying to get a photo of them when the whale bench came into view too.
The woman had a rather unusual gait and it shows in her feet here I think. Thanks Shaz.
No Richard, it’s St Jean Cap Ferrat – we went last Monday to visit a museum….coming up in the next #museummonday post!
I didn’t notice them either till I looked back on the photo, I was so busy focusing on the couple! A lucky extra dimension to the photo!
Isn’t it great!
Thank you Rosie, I was actually so busy chasing the couple (they kept looking around and I didn’t want them to see and other people kept photobombing!) that I didn’t even notice the shadows till later.
I love this photo on so many levels – the whale, the couple (classy as you say), her hat, the shadows, the architecture the warmth. Great.
Loving that pink hat!
didn’t even notice the shadows until I read one of the comments. It is a good shadow showing the actual shape of the fin.
Is this Cassis?
Love the shadows (that lampost!) and the movement of the feet walking Phoebe. Very effective shot.
I love that sculpture – and the image of the couple walking hand in had. What a beautiful place.
I love street art and something to sit on too #MySundayPhoto
I love the clarity of this shot, it gives the place an inviting freshness. And the ornamental whale tail is different too.
xx
So peaceful, I love the sculptor seat
Thank you for linking up
I like that sculpture. It looks nice and sunny too!
I think I’d like to be going for a leisurely stroll along there, it looks so pretty.
