Menton is so warm that it is said to be frost-free, and therefore a good place to grow lemons. Is that right?
It’s a favourite of mine – Menton is hard to beat.
It’s not hard to get a good shot of Menton its so pretty.
Probably not a lot Catherine!
That’s the church tower Sherry, it’s stunning up close too.
Thanks Fiona!
pancakes and a fire sound lovely, lucky you Rosie… 😉
I have a better idea, you come down south Holly!!!
It’s gorgeous pretty much all year round 🙂 even winter when it has the most fabulous lemon festival.
This was taken last week in late November and yet we were sitting outside with shirts, no jumpers. It is warm, it’s officially the sunniest place in France!
Oh, what a gorgeous view! I could quite happily sit looking out over that scene right now 🙂
Menton:) great shot!
Do those yachts ever move? Great photo.
gorgeous view. i love that building with the tower in the background and look at all the boats. i feel like hopping in one and taking off right now:)
What a view! That is just beautiful! It looks so warm there x
This looks like a beautiful harbour town. It also looks so warm and welcoming
Thank you for linking up
What a beautiful picture of a marina, bet it’s nice there in summer! We were having perfect weather until last week, this week has given us a taste of winter.
What a beautiful shot, it really captures a lot of detail, all the masts, along with the beautiful buildings behind it.
Up in Normandy we had a fabulous autumn until about a week ago and then winter arrived LOL. So your beautiful image of the warm and calm Côte d’Azur is a very pleasant foil the wind and rain we have here today. Mind you the fire is lit, pancakes are about to be made and I am still in PJs as Simon very kindly offered to feed the animals this morning!
We have had the most incredible November Emma, not one single drop of rain and permanent blue skies (that fluffy white cloud was an aberration!) and sun. Until last weekend the temps were still around 20° and now “only” 16° during the day but around 3° at night! Sorry to rub it in but even for the Côte d’Azur it’s been unusually amazing.
Swap where I am for where you are right now? It looks incredible, and that blue sky….
This is such a beautiful place and a stunning photo. It makes me miss the sun and the warmth. I wish our weather would hurry up and change again at the moment. xx #mysundayphoto
Gorgeous photo
Beautiful photo ! Ohh can you send some sunshine up north please??!!!
