It’s that time again, where do the months go?  It’s time to link up your posts to #AllAboutFrance, the monthly blog linky ALL ABOUT FRANCE!

And so…a-hem…I rather rashly announced last month that there should be some news and changes here by now….well the news is that there is no news!  I was far too optimistic last month thinking I’d have got everything done that needs to be done…with the whole family-in-law staying for a week (11 people including loads of very hungry teenage boys) and school holidays in the middle, somehow I just didn’t really get anything done except cook, drink, visit and entertain.  Not at all bad, just not conducive to big complicated changes on the blog.  During that time I also managed to miss my FIVE YEAR BLOGGING ANNIVERSARY and 10 years in the South, both of which slipped by very quietly during April.  So I continue to write very little new content and stress about how long everything is taking and will not make any promises this time!

I’m asking for help here.  Having had a slow start to our rental season, it picked up and we’re now nicely full till September except one frustratingly stubborn week which just won’t shift.  15-22 July is still available for the whole house sleeping up to 11 people.  Never before have we had a week in high season left so late.  More information can be found in this explanation here: one of the best places on earth. Please share with anyone you think might be interested in holidaying on the Côte d’Azur.  It’s great for families with grandparents, cousins, siblings all together. Merci!

What is All About France?

All About France is a monthly blog linky, linking up blog posts about France.  These posts can be freshly scribbled or from your archives as a way of bringing new life to an old article.  There is no date limit and the only rule for subject matter is that it is about France in some way.  This can mean French language, French food, French style, French literature, expat life in France, French expats abroad or travel in France among other things.  The linky opens on the 1st Thursday of each month and stays open for a week.

Here’s how to join in the fun

  • You can link up one post, old or new as long as it’s about France/French.
  • Please make sure you include the All About France badge at the bottom of your post or in the sidebar of your blog, or a hyperlink back to me (the html code is below).
  • Please comment on the host’s posts and at least two others, the more the merrier.
  • Blog linkys only work if you’re generous with your comments and shares.
  • Please use the hashtag #AllAboutFrance when sharing on social media.
  • • Don’t forget you can join the Pinterest board and pin your post to it for extra exposure.

***Join in the fun on Instagram, use the hashtag #AllAboutFrance (and follow me @fibitee) and I’ll share your picture.  Like/comment on other pictures with the hashtag***
