All About France is a monthly blog link up that is pretty self-explanatory – it links up blog posts all about France!  Readers, this means you have a wide range of stories about France to enjoy and bloggers, this means you have a place to highlight anything you’ve written that touches on a France/French theme.  I hope you all enjoy it.

So without further ado welcome to the second #AllAboutFrance blog link-up.  I was completely gobsmacked delighted with the response to the first one – huge thank yous, merci, to everyone who joined in. I really enjoyed reading all of your posts and seeing what a great variety of things you all blog about….

There was everything from how to talk to Muslim children about Charlie Hebdo and snow-shoeing in the southern Alps to how French treat their dogs and memories of childhood in France. And plenty, plenty more (48 links!) Unsurprisingly there were several posts about Paris, but also about Alsace, Aveyron, Tarn-et-Garonne, Brittany, Charente-Maritime, Nice, St-Emilion and the Loire Valley.  We had bloggers from USA, France, UK, Ukraine, Germany, Holland, Australia and Canada. (Shout if I left someone out!) It’s very hard to pick favourites but if push came to shove I’d have to say car park discoveries and butchering techniques (for their originality) and visiting St Emilion (for its beautiful photographs) stood out.

In the first link-up I didn’t specify numbers of posts per blog, and I was pleased some of you wanted to link up several posts at once, but from now on I’d like to limit it to 2 per blog maximum and preferably only one as that way you’ll always have more for future sessions!  As always, please add my linky badge so that people can navigate back to the link up easily.

In the past couple of weeks since the last link-up we’ve been busy exploring a new area of France with a visit to Narbonne and surrounding area in the Aude département (new for the whole family) and enjoying Nice Carnival and the Menton lemon festival.  The photos here are just a little taster, full posts coming soon….it’s school holidays at the moment which is never the easiest time for me to write.

Please don’t forget that as with all blog link ups they work best when the love is shared around, so please read and comment on as many of the other posts linked up as you can! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #AllAboutFrance when sharing on social media and I will retweet tweets with it or if you mention me (@FibiTee). Full details of the link-up can be found here
